Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We’ll try to resolve any issue you may have with our product, but if not then you can return the parcel to:
1 Todd Place, Leumeah NSW 2560.
All returns should be sent back within 7 days of receiving, unused and in the condition that they were received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event the product is damaged, you may return your unused item(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 7 days of delivery.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange based on a change of mind.
